SBA Finalizes Small Business Monetary Size Standards
The Small Business Administration finalized on October 24 (Fed Reg. 65285) an interim rule adjusting the SBA’s monetary based size standards to account for a 15.8% increase in inflation since 1991. A table that accompanies the interim rule lists by North American Industry Classification System code those industries affected by the new size standards (Fed. Reg. 3041, 1/23/02).
